“Kylie has been a member at Globe Athletic since 2020. She loves strength training which matches her goals of increasing lean muscle for long term health gains. She says she is the fittest she has ever been and loves the variety you get at Globe Athletic. Kylie trains 4-5 times per week so she can be a good role model for her son. The coaches are supportive and motivating and the members are so much fun – everyone is welcome at Globe. She says it’s her “Happy Place”.
